Usability and RIAs
“Usability” is the new buzzword - most of us in the development world would have at least heard of it by now, and some of us may have even done a bit of reading about it. But saying you’ve read Jakob Nielsen isn’t going to cut the cheese anymore - given solid evidence that it can reduce development time by up to 50%, application of the principles of Usability is quickly becoming a necessity, not just a “nice thing to do”.
